Get Set: Our staff will introduce you to splatter materials and techniques to inspire you to get creative! We invite you to capture or livestream the entire process - it can be as valuable as the artwork you create!

This highly sought-after beer is released just once a year, and it will go quickly, as it does every year. Be sure to RSVP to lock in a guaranteed 10oz pour ticket. There will be a total of 180 tickets available, 1 ticket per person.
Come in any time between 12pm and 8pm on February 16, 2025 to redeem your ticket or your spot will be given away. You must present your ticket confirmation to a bartender. The name on the order confirmation must match the name on your ID to redeem your 10oz pour. You may not transfer tickets.
A percentage of sales of Pliny the Younger will be donated to non-profits all across America - Colorado donations go to Sense of Security, which provides financial security for breast cancer patients right here in our home state.
2025 Pliny the Younger via Russian River Brewing:
"Pliny the Younger is a Triple IPA, meaning that it is higher in alcohol and has tons of hops. Though the ABV usually finishes at about 10.25%, it is remarkably dry and balanced for the amount of malt used in this recipe. Loaded with hop aroma and flavor, each year's brew is balanced with malt and a lingering dry and bitter finish. We brewed Younger for the first time in 2005 as a winter seasonal release, building upon the Pliny the Elder recipe while pushing the envelope with malt, hops and alcohol just to see how far we could go. Fun fact: Younger has always been at least double dry-hopped (some years even quadruple dry-hopped!) long before DDH became a "thing"!
